Concord Times:
John Honeycutt, aged 22, the counterfeiter, died in the penitentiary at Albany, N. 
Y., last Saturday, a victim of consumption.  He was born at Fort, Stanly county, and

was convicted in January 1894.  He was pardoned last week by President Cleveland, 
but was unable to make the trip home.
