New London _ Helen Ticker Lowder, 31, died Tuesday.  Funeral 2 p.m. Friday 
at First Baptist Church.  Survivors: husband, Jerry; parents, Mr. and Mrs. G.D. 
Tucker of Albemarle; son, Kenneth W. Lowder of the home; daughter, Rebecca 
D. Lowder of the home; sister, Mrs. Floyd Shaver of New London.
