Lambert Albemarle - Henry Davidson Lambert, 59, of Rt. 4, died Monday at Stanly County Hospital. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Canton Baptist Church, of which he was a member. The Rev. Kenneth Gibson and the Rev. I.W. Icard will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The body will remain at Hartsell’s Funeral Home here until placed in state at the church one half hour prior to the services. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 until 9 p.m. today. A native of Stanly County, Mr. Lambert was the son of the late Fetzer Lambert and Mrs. Lillie Lowder Lambert and was a textile employee. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Pauline Lowder Lambert; one son, Harold Dean Lambert of Albemarle, Rt. 4; two daughters, Mrs. Jessie Williams of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Mrs. Robert Hoyt of Albemarle, Rt. 4; four sisters, Mrs. Roy Dick, Mrs. Clyde Cagle, Mrs. Fred Barbee, all of Albemarle, Rt. 4 and Mrs. William D. McClendon of Fayetteville; three brothers, Edgar, Herman and Grover Lambert all of Albemarle, Rt. 4; nine grandchildren.
