James I. Lowder Obit

The Charlotte Observer, Mon. May 10, 1965

Albemarle - James I. Lowder, 80, died Sunday in a Stanly County hospital.  
Funeral 2 p.m. Tuesday at Silver Springs Baptist Church.  
Survivors:  son, Spurgeon Lowder of New London; daughter, Mrs. Viola 
Talbert of Albemarle; sisters, Mrs. Noah Efird, Mrs. Wiley Lambert, Mrs. 
Jessie Morton, Mrs. Fannie Swarengen, all of Albemarle, Mrs. Caleb Eudy of 
Oakboro; brothers, Jacob Lowder, Huston Lowder, both of Albemarle.
