Albemarle - Mrs. Lula Lowder Webster, 69, died Sunday.  Funeral 3 p.m. 
Tuesday at North Albemarle Baptist Church.
Survivors:  Husband, Marvin; son, William E. Webster of Albemarle; sister, 
Mrs. Mamie Blalock of New London.
