Albemarle – Mrs. Sally Maude Lowder, 86, died Thursday.  Funeral plans 
incomplete.   Survivors:  sons, W. Hoyle Lowder of Mount Gilead, Robert F. 
Lowder of Columbia, Tenn.; daughters, Mrs. Harry Boggan of Albemarle, Mrs. 
Larry Forrester of Rahway, N.J., Mrs. Charles Birmingham of Blowing Rock.
