To any Ordained Minister of any Religious Denomination or any Justice of the Peace of said 
County:
(Blank) having applied to me for a LICENSE for the marriage of Marshal Cranford, of Uwharrie, 
N.C., age 27 years, color white, the son of Stokes Cranford and Fannie Cranford, the father now 
living, the mother living, resident of Uwharrie.
And Hillie Earnhardt of Albemarle, age 22 years, color white, daughter of Unknown and 
Unknown, the father Dead the mother Dead, resident of (Blank)

I, M.A. Dry, a Minister of the M.E. Church united in matrimony Marshal Cranford and Hattie 
Earnhart, the parties licensed above, on the 20 day of March 1910 at (unreadable) in Albemarle 
Township in said County, according to law.
