Huneycutt having applied to me for a LICENSE for the marriage of himself of Big Lick, N.C., age 21 years, color white, the son of Tilman F. Huneycutt and Lucy Huneycutt, the father now living, the mother living, resident of Big Lick, N.C. And Seneca L. Burris of Bridgefront, N.C., age 21 years, color white, daughter of Davidson Burris and Mary Burris, the father now living, the mother now living, resident of (blank) Register of Deeds: W. T. Huckabee Adam L. Huneycutt being duly sworn, says: That the parties applying for license are lawful age, and as far as he is informed and believes, there is no lawful cause or impediment forbidding said marriage.
