S.E. Smith having applied to me for a LICENSE for the marriage of Atlas Huneycutt of Mt. 
Pleasant, N.C. age 22 years, color, white, the son of J.A. Huneycutt and Rufie Huneycutt, the 
father now living, the mother living, resident of Mt. Pleasant, N.C.
And Eliza Huneycutt of Big Lick, N.C., age 22 years, color white, daughter of Wm. Huneycutt 
and Martha Huneycutt, the father now living, the mother living, resident of Big Lick, N.C.
Register of Deeds: J.M. Boyett
S.E. Smith being duly sworn, says: That the parties applying for license are of lawful age, and 
that, so far as he is informed and believes, there is no lawful causes or impediment forbidding 
said marriage.
