State-Wide, NC - John Hanke - Act to Issue Grant ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ An Act directing the Secretary of State to isue a grant in favor of John Hanke Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That William Hill, Esquire, present Secretary of State, be authorised, and he is hereby directed, to issue a grant in favor of John Hanke, for three hundred and sixty-five and one half acres of land, on an entry made by said Hanke, bearing date the twelfth day of July, seventeen hundred and ninety three, for six hundred and forty acres of land; and that this act be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
