This day Henry Irwin Toole, executor to Henry Irwin, deceased, made oath that 
there is living five children of the said Henry Irwin, deceased, who was 
Lieutenant-Colonel in the Fifth Regiment of Foot, commanded by Colonel 
Buncombe, and was killed at the battle of Germantown.

HENRY IRWIN TOOLE, Executor. 
Sworn to before me this 11th day of January, 1787.
