Bennett. 1880: Mallisa and her husband, Doctor I. Bennett, were living in Yadkin, Stokes Co., NC. They had been married within the census year. Malissa was 29, Doctor, 19. He was listed as a farmer. They were living beside Isom and Melinda Boyles and Columbus and Martha Boyles. Malissa, Columbus, and Doctor F. Boyles were all siblings. 1900: Doctor, now widowed, was living in Yadkin, Stokes Co., NC along with son Pinkney, daughter Marilla, son William, and his mother Chany. F. Boyles July 13?, 1816? - Apr 18, 1895---perhaps is Isham/Isom F. Boyles Belinda Boyles ?? 1819 – 1893 From looking at several censuses, and straining my eyes to make out what appears to be the letter F on her tombstone, I am thinking that Belinda, wife of ? F. Boyles, is the same as Melinda Boyles, wife of Isom F. Boyles, listed in several censuses. Their birthdates are the same, and her presence in this cemetery along with her children plus the tombstone of an ? F. Boyles lends some credibility to this conjuncture. C(Columbus) C. Boyles June 10, 1853-Mar 25, 1939 1880: Columbus and Martha, along with children Mary J. (1878) and Charlie H. (Jan 1880) were living in Yadkin, Stokes Co., NC. They were beside his parents, Isom and Melinda Boyles, plus sister Malissa Boyles Bennett and her husband, Doctor. 1900: Columbus, 2nd wife Emily, sons Charles and Doctor, plus daughters Carrie and Rosella were living in Yadkin, Stokes Co., NC. Columbus and Emily had been married 6 years with no children. 1910: Columbus, Emily, along with children Doctor L., and Rosella were living in Yadkin, Stokes Co., NC D.(Doctor) F. Boyles Sep. 9m 1861 - Mar. 16, 1944 1900: Doctor and Falitia Boyles had been married 17 years, had 10 children, 9 of whom were still living. (1890), Samuel (1891), twins Ella M. and Ada B (1893), Martha (1895), Minnie (1898) and Doctor’s sister, Julia (1840). 1910 Doctor and Falitia had been married 27 years, had 10 children, 8 of whom were still living. Julia Boyles (stone unreadable) Sister of Doctor Boyles, living with him and his family in 1900, daughter of Isham/Isom and Belinda Boyles. Nancy Edwards, Jan 20, 1822- ??.
