  Vs.

JOHN MOORE

Bill to Foreclose a Mortgage

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JOHN MOORE,  
is  not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three  successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the said defendants appears at the next Term on the 3rd Monday 
following the 4th Monday in March and plead, answer or demur to this bill, 
judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to him.
