PENDLETON GAINES

        Vs.

JAMES DUNCAN

Original Attachment Levied on Land 

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JAMES 
DUNCAN,  is  not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three  successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said defendants appears within the first three days 
of the next Term and plead, answer or demur to this bill, judgment will be 
taken against him .
