MARINE DUVALL and JANE G. DUVALL, his wife

        Vs.

ISHAM COX, JOHN COX, PHILIP ANGELIN and FRANCES, his wife, THOMAS BOULDIN and 
AIMIN, his wife, JONATHAN VERNON and MARY, his wife, and CHRISTOPHER STANLY, 
Administrator with the Will annexed of MILLY COX

Orr. Ril and withal Injunction

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant in this case, 
ISHAM COX, JOHN COX, PHILIP ANGELIN and FRANCES, his wife, THOMAS BOULDIN and 
AIMIN, his wife, JONATHAN VERNON and MARY, are not inhabitants of this State: 
It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six 
successive weeks in the Patriot, printed in Greensboro, that unless the said 
defendants be and appear at our next Court of  Equity to be held for the 
County of Stokes in the Court House at Germanton, on the 4th Monday in March  
next then and there to plead, answer or demur to the said petition, judgment 
final will be entered up against him.
