STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS   STOKES  
COUNTY              December  Term, 1846

ABRAHAM FRY

Original Attachment Levied on Land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that ABRAHAM FRY,the defendant,  
is  not an  inhabitant of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, printed in 
Greensboro, for  the said defendant, to be notified  to  appear at our next 
Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Stokes in the 
Court House at Germanton,  on the 2nd Monday in March next , then and there to 
replevy the property levied on. Otherwise, it will be condemned to satisfy the 
plaintiff’s demand. 
Witness, JOHN HILL , Clerk of said Court, at office in Germanton, on the 2nd  
Monday in December  A.D., 1846.
