Richard Felps Owen, orphan of Thomas Owen, is bound to John Peddycoard till he 
arrives at the age of 21 years said Boy is aged 10 years last October, Said 
Peddycoard agrees to give him at his freedom a Horse with Fifty Dollars Bridle 
& Saddle & a new suit of Cloathes & to learn him to read write & Cypher to the 
rule of three.
