SAMUEL T. HAUSER, WILLIAM A. HAUSER, THOMAS EAST et al

Original Bill

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, SAMUEL T. 
HAUSER, WILLIAM A. HAUSER, THOMAS EAST are not residents of this state. It is 
ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the 
Patriot, printed in Greensboro, for JAMES BOWMAN and his wife, POLLY; and 
DAVIS ABBOT, defendants, to be notified to appear at our next Court of Equity, 
to be held for the County of Stokes in the Court House at Germanton, on the 
2nd Monday after the 4th Monday in March, then and there to plead, answer or 
demur. Otherwise, the petition will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte 
as to him.

December, 1841. December, A.D., 1840.
