It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, T. 
PICKERING,  is  not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for three  successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said defendants appears at  next Term of this Court 
on the 2nd Monday in December next and replevy to this bill, judgment will be 
taken against him .
