It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JOHN B. 
THOMAS 
,  is  not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for three  successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, 
that unless the said defendants appears at  next Term of this Court  then and 
there to plead to the said suit, judgment final will be entered up against 
him  against him .
