WILLIAM HILL et al Petition for Partition It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that two of the defendants, GEORGE CAMPBELL and his wife, CATHARINE, and BENJAMIN HAWKINS and his wife, ELIZABETH, do not reside within the limits of this state: it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, printed in Greensboro, for the said defendants be and appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Stokes in the Court House at Germanton, on the 2nd Monday in March next, then and there to plead, answer or demur.
