JOSEPH WOLF

   Vs.

JANE WOLF

Petition for Divorce 

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JANE WOLF, 
does not reside within the limits of this state: it is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, 
printed in Greensboro, for the said defendants be and appear at our next 
Superior Court of Law to be held for the County of Stokes in the Court House 
at Germanton, on the 2nd Monday after the 4th Monday in March next, then and 
there to plead, answer or demur. Otherwise, the petition will be taken pro 
confesso and heard ex parte as to her.

after the 4th Monday in September, 1839.
