Harden Beasly a certain track of parcel of land situate by lying being in the county of Stokes and the state of North Carolina on the waters of the Big Creek of Dan River Beginning on a chestnut marked and runing South seventy degrees west sixty three poles crossing s.o. creek to a rock then north eighty seven degrees west on *** forty four poles to a post oak then south twenty nine to Jesop line one hundred fifty poles crosing a barch to a chestnut pointers east thirty one and a half poles to a double post oak corner then east forty poles to two chestnuts thence north eight east two poles to white oak then north seventy degrees east twenty two poles to a black oak thence dow the branch as it meanders to the Big fifty nine poles Creek cornering on a horn beam then north one hundred and eleven poles to beginning to have and to hold forever clear of all rits tithes or claims whatever I sd day Anderson hath bind my heirs and my self forever to defend all claims or clamants whatsoever unto the sd Harden Beasly his heirs and behoof forever ever unto I do set my hand and affix my seal agreeable to day and date also wrilb** the above tract containing 103 acres of land signed sealed and acknowledge in the presents of Anderson Grigg Test Robert Pell Samuel Flippen Furat(?)
