Tues, Feb. 18, 1840, Patriot (Greensboro, N.C.)
   DIED, in Stokes County, on the 26th of January last, DAVID POINDEXTER, in 
the 78th year of his age. He was a Soldier of the Revolution, and a true man 
to his country; and was esteemed by neighbors and all who knew him.
