Obituary November 3, 2002
Mr. George William Simmons was born in Stokes County on April 5, 1922 to the 
late Martin Simmons and Minnie Simmons. He went quietly to be with God on 
Wednesday October 30, 2002.

George W. Simmons was preceded in death by his father, mother, his sisters, 
Mary Simmons Hughes, Ruth Simmons Johnson, Viola Simmons Morris, and his 
brothers, Leonard Simmons, Otis Simmons, Ralph Simmons and Robert Simmons.

Service of Committal and Interment, Baileytown Christian Church Cemetary, 
Walnut Cove, North Carolina (Stokes County)
