Wed. Mar. 10,  1830  North Carolina Journal
   MARRIED, at Washington City, on the 25th ult., the HON. AUGUSTINE SHEPPERD, 
a Representative in Congress from this State, to MISS MARTHA, youngest 
daughter of MRS. MARY TURNER of that City.

Note: According to the 1820 Census records, Augustine Shepperd was from Stokes 
County.
