Will of Michael Fair., Sr. Last Will & Testament Michael FAIR, Sr. "In the name of God, Amen, I Michael FAIR of Stokes County being weak in body but sound in mind do on this 20th day of July in the year of our Lord 1820 make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say, First, I give & bequeath to my daughter Jane a negro girl, Willa, which she now has in her possession together with Mtg. property heretofore given her which is her portion in full. Then I give to my son Michael FAIR one hundred and Ninety dollars in money which together with other property heretofore bestowed is his portion in full. Then I give my son John FAIR one hundred acres of land on the upper part of my tract and joining to QUILLIN's old tract which together with other property heretofore bestowed is his portion in full. Then I give and bequeath to my beloved wife all the balance of my estate, real and personal, to be disposed of as she may think proper among my other six children. And, I do hereby make and ordain my dearly beloved son R. Crawford FAIR & my beloved wife Mary Ann FAIR my executors of this my last Will & Testament.
