In the name of God Amen I, Mary H. Holder of the County of Stokes and state of Northcarolina being of sound mind and memory but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence do make and declare this my last will and testament in maner and form following that is to say first that my executor herein after named shall provide for my body a decent burial suitable to the wishes of my relatives and friends and pay all funeral expenses together with my just debts howsoever & to whomeesoever owing out of the moneys that may first come into his hands as a part or parcel of my estate. Item I will to my son Martin Holder fifty Dollars wich he is Due me of my part of my Husband Decd. Item I will to my Daughter Susanah the wife of Daniel Hauser a certin Dept wich said Daniel collected from a certin man Barber Eighty Dollars which is is Due me yet as a part of my Husband Decd. Item I will that my son Marin and my Daughter Susanah Devide my wearing cloath equally Item I will that all the ballence of my property shall be sold and the Debts oweing to me collected and if there should be any surplus over and above the paymnent of Debts expences in the time of my sickness for truble and all other expences that such surplus shall be equally divided anmong my two Children Martin and Susanah equal proportion share and share alike Item I will that my Daughter Susanahs part shall be put on intrust as long as her husband lives and that she receive the intrust of the same, after the Death of her husband, I will that She receive the principal at her on command and lastly I do hereby constitude and appoint my trusty friend Joseph Butner my lawful executor to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and testament according to the true intent and meaning of the same and every part and clause thereof hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made.
