And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my son William my lawful executor to all intents & purposes to execute this my last will & testament according to the true intent & meaning of the same & every part & clause thereof hereby revoking & declaring utterly void all other wills & testaments by same heretofor made. Jessup Eli Jessup March term 1861 The last will and Testament of Henry Pell deceased (of which the foregoing is a true copy) was duly proved in open court by oath of Ambrose Jessup one of the subscribing witnesses thereto. And it is also proved by the oath and examination of Ambrose Jessup that Jacob Carson one of the other subscribing witnesses has left the state & that the name of the said Jacob Carson subscriber as a witness is in the hand writing of the said Jacob Carson- ordered to be recorded.
