Will for Israel Robinson Last Will & Testament, Israel ROBINSON. "In the name of God Amen, August 15th in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighteen. I Israel ROBINSON of Stokes County and State of North Carolina being at this time low in body but sound of mind and memory do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament. 1st, I will that all my just debts and funeral charges be paid out of my bonds and book accounts if sufficient, if not, I will that one hundred acres of my land be sold and such other of my property as my Executor may think best sufficient to satisfy all my just debts. 2nly, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Jane the remaining part of my land during her life or widowhood for the purpose of raising & Educating my children. 3rly, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife a negro girl named Sheal during her natural life together with all my person al Estate for the purpose of raising & educating my children as aforesaid. 4thly, I will that at my wife's death or marriage my land be equally divided between my three sons Jacob, Michael & Charles ROBINSON. 5thly, I will that at my wife's death the negro girl with all her Increase be equally divided between my two Daughters Mary Ann & Elizabeth ROBINSON. 6thly, I will that after my wife's death all my personal estate not heretofore willed be sold and the proceeds be equally divided between all my children. 7thly, I do hereby nominate my beloved wife Jane my Executrix & my father Jacob ROBINSON & my father-in-law Michael FAIR my Lawful Executors of this my last Will and Testament. And I do renounce all former Wills and Testaments by me at anytime heretofore made, Ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament.
