NEAL BOHANNON

Vs.

JESSE LESTER and JOAB PATTERSON

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JOAB 
PATTERSON resides outside the limits of this state. It is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for four successive weeks in Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said defendant appear within the first three days of 
our next Court to plead, answer or demur to this bill, the complainant’s bill 
will be taken pro confesso as to him.
