WINSTON SOMERS and his wife, NANCY SOMERS; WILLIAM G. HAYNES and others Petition for Dower It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, WINSTON SOMERS and his wife, NANCY SOMERS, are not inhabitants of this state: it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, a newspaper printed in Greensboro, that unless the said Defendants appear at our next Court to be held for the County of Surry in the Court House at Rockford 2nd Monday in February , and plead, answer, or demur to this petition, judgment will be heard ex parte and Plaintiff’s dower ordered.
