SURRY   COUNTY         Aug Term, 1850

WILLIAM A. ROBY, Adm’r. of THOMAS D. KELLY, Deceased

Vs.

PHEBE KELLY, widow of JOHN L. KELLY, BOUGHDOUT JOHNSON and his wife 
CLARENTINE; DELPHIA W. KELLY and F. K. ARMSTRONG, guardian , to the infant 
defendants, FRANCIS KELLY, LAURA KELLY, EUGENE KELLY and JOHN A. KELLY.

 Petition for the sale of lands It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court 
that the  defendants, PHEBE KELLY, widow of JOHN L. KELLY, BOUGHDOUT JOHNSON 
and his wife CLARENTINE; DELPHIA W. KELLY and F. K. ARMSTRONG, guardian , to 
the infant defendants, FRANCIS KELLY, LAURA KELLY, EUGENE KELLY and JOHN A. 
KELLY, are   not inhabitants of this state: it is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, a 
newspaper printed in Greensboro, that unless the said Defendants appear at our 
next Court to be held for the County of Surry  in the Court House at Rockford  
2nd Monday in November   next ,   and  plead, answer, or demur to this 
petition, judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to them.

Witness, F. K. ARMSTRONG, Clerk of said Court, at office on the 2nd Monday in  
August  A. D. , 1850
