The Heirs at law of GEORGE STEELMAN, deceased Petition for Land It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, CHARLES STEELMAN, DAVID DIXON and his wife, ELIZABETH DIXON, are not ` inhabitants of this state: it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, a newspaper printed in Greensboro, that unless the said Defendants appear at our next Court to be held for the County of Surry in the Court House at Rockford 2nd Monday in February , and plead, answer, or demur to this petition, judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to them and the lands ordered to be sold agreeable to the prayers of the petitioners Witness, F.
