SUSIE PEARL PARKER BARKER

   COURTLAND – A funeral for Susie Parker Barker, 83, will be held today at 2 
p.m. in Courtland United Methodist Church by the Rev. Richard L. McNutt will be 
in Riverside Cemetery, Courtland. Wright Funeral Home will be in charge of 
arrangements.

   Barker died Monday in Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, N.C.

   She was a naïve of Surry County.

   She was a member of Courtland United Methodist Church.

   Survivors include a daughter, Betty Ann Fraser of Greensboro; a son, Fred N. 
Barker Jr. of Courtland, a sister Miss Lena F. Parker of Surry; and five 
grandchildren.
