Last Will and Testament of Johnson Summers – Surry Co, NC dated 23 Sept 1807

In the name of God, Amen, I Johnson Summers of Surry county and State of North 
Carolina Being in sound senses and perfect memory do make and ordain this my 
last will and testament as follows

First I bequeath all my estate real and personal goods and chattels to my wife 
Sarah during her life and after her decease the estate if any to be the 
property of Jeptha Lakey son of Margaret Lakey.
