Richard Wood
vs.
Arthur J. Herbert

Original Attachment levied on the defendant's land and Daniel N. Bateman 
summoned as garnishee.

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant Arthur J. 
Herbert is not an inhabitant of this state; It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Edenton Gazette 
notifying said defendant non-resisent that unless he appear at the term of 
said Court to be held for the County of Tyrrell at the Court House at Columbia 
on the 4th Monday in October next and plead, answer or demur final judgment 
entered against him.
