                    EXECUTORS' NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given to all whom it may concern that MAJOR JOHN BATEMAN, 
late of the County of Tyrrell, is dead, and that the subscribers qualified as 
Executors to his estate at the April Term of Tyrrell County Court. All persons 
indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment; and those 
having claims to present them within the time prescribed by law, or this 
notice will be plead in bar of a recovery.
