John CLAYTON and William CLAYTON came into court and sware that Joseph CLAYTON 
who died in Norfolk was a son of Joseph CLAYTON Sen of Perquimans County and 
that he has but three children being towit John Richard and Elizabeth who are 
the heirs of Joseph CLAYTON, Jun.
