Henry Melvin

Original attachment and Thomas Harris summoned as garnishee

It is ordered by the Court that publication be made for three months in the 
Edenton Gazette notifying said defendant non-resident to be and appear at our 
next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Tyrrell at 
the Court House in Columbia on the 1st Monday after the 4th Monday in 
September next to replevy and plead; otherwise final judgment will be rendered 
against him.
