Henry Melvin Original attachment returned to the present term and levied on Negro boy, Gilbert It appearing that the said Henry Melvin hath removed himself out of the county so that ordinary process of law cannot be served on him, it is ordered that notice be given to the said Henry Melvin in the Edenton Gazette for 90 days that unless he appear at our next term of said Court to be held on the 4th Monday after the first Monday in March next, and replevie and plead to the said action, final judgment will be entered up against him.
