Vs.
Joseph & William Williams

Original attachment - levied on the schooner "Thos. H. Blount" to the 4th 
Monday in Jan. 1829

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that Joseph & William Williams 
the defendants, reside our of this district; it is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Edenton Gazette 
for Jos. & Wm. Williams to appear at our said Court on the 4th Monday of April 
next to plead, answer or demur to said attachment or judgment by default will 
be entered up against them and the said schooner be condemned to satisfy said 
judgment.
