It is ordered by the Court that publication be made for 60 days in the Edenton 
Gazette notifying THOMAS CUSACK, Defendant, that unless he appear at the next 
Term of the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of 
Tyrell in the Court House at Columbia on the fourth Monday in September next 
and plead to this action, final judgment will be entered up against him.
