STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   COURT OF TYRRELL COUNTY

ROBERT BARTIE and WIFE
         vs.
Estate of FREDERICK  MASSEY, deceased
        


Re-probate of  the Will of FREDERICK MASSEY, deceased

WHEREAS, a petition was filed in the said Court, for the re-probate of the 
Will of FREDERICK MASSEY, dec'd, by ROBERT BARTIE AND WIFE, it is ordered by 
the Court, that public notice be given by advertisement in the Edenton Gazette 
for 60 days successively, that all persons who reside out of the said State or 
otherwise, who are concerned in any manner in the re-probate of said Will, to 
be and appear before the next Court, to be held for said County, at the Court 
House in Columbia, on the second Monday of April next, then and there to enter 
up their defense, otherwise the cause will be set for hearing ex parte, and 
judgment given pursuant thereto.
