                     EXECUTRIX'S NOTICE
   
   The creditors of BENJAMIN SPRUILL JR., deceased, late of the County of 
Tyrrell, are hereby notified that the said BENJAMIN SPRUILL JR. is dead; and 
that the subscriber qualified as executrix to his last will and testament in 
August term last. All those indebted to the said deceased are requested to 
make immediate payment; and such as have claims are requested to bring them 
forward, in order that arrangements may be made for their discharge.
