It is ordered that public notice be given to the said THOMAS CUSACK, 
Defendant, by advertisement for 60 days in the Edenton Gazette, that unless he 
appear at the next Term of said Court to be holden for the County of Tyrrell 
at the Court House in Columbia on the fourth Monday in September next and 
plead to this action or final judgment will be entered up against him.
