Tuesday, Sept. 1, 1812   Edenton Gazette September 1, 1812
   10 DOLLAR REWARD
   DESERTED from Tarboro' on or about the 25th of August, CORBAN JONES, born 
in Tyrrell County, aged 27 years, five feet 3/8 inches high, fair complexion, 
blue eyes, light hair and by profession a farmer. Any person securing said 
deserter and delivering him to me in Tarboro' or to an Officer commanding a 
post or detachment in the United States, shall receive the above reward.
