   PUNCUALITY -- It is due to MR. EPHRAIM MANN, Sheriff of Tyrrell, and MR. 
WALTER DAVENPORT of Lenoir County, to state they have been the first to settle 
their annual accounts with the Public Treasurer for the present year.
