I Milley SPRUILL of the State of North Carolina Tyrrell County being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament revoking all others heretofore made. Item first - I give and bequeath to my grandson Jeremiah Wescott COSE? one green chest Item 2nd - I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Mahala COSE one blue flowered chest. Item 3rd - I give and bequeath to my grand daughters Mary Elizabeth SPRUILL and Mahala COSE one bed and furniture which is now in the possession of the said Mary E. SPRUILL to be equallydivided between them. Item 4th - I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Mahala COSE one hundred dollars to be raised out of the sale of my personal estate or the notes of hand which are due me. Item 5th - I give and bequeath after the payment of the above legacies the remainder of my estate to my three grandchildren viz: Jeremiah Wescott COSE, Mahala COSE and Mary Elizabeth SPRUILL to be equally divided between them share and share alike. I hereby constitute and appoint my esteemed friend Jesse SANDERSON my executor to execute the purposes of this my last will and testament.
