William H. Simpson and John Long, Executors of Henry Chaney
vs.
Allen Chaney

Original attachment levied on land and M.M. Chaney summoned

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendant/defendants, Allen Chaney reside beyond the limits of this State: It 
is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive 
weeks in the Charlotte Journal notifying said defendant non-resident to be and 
Appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for Union 
County at the Court House at Monroe on the 1st Monday in October next. 

Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed: or final 
judgment will be entered up against him and the property levied upon condemned 
to satisfy plaintiff's debt.
